Coasteering is a fabulous team building activity based on the Pembrokeshire coastline in Wales. Coasteering is action packed and suitable for all ages and levels of ability from never having done a coasteering event before right through to seasoned pro's!

What is Coasteering?
Coasteering is the ultimate coastal adventure that includes scrambling over rocks, jumping from cliffs, swimming in the sea and being washed over waves; all mixed with a winning cocktail of adrenaline that sometimes takes you to the limits you never knew you could reach!
The event takes place on the Pembrokeshire coastline where you will not only find that the coasline is the most perfect of terrain for coasteering but is also some of the most stunning coastline in the UK.
Sea caves, tunnels and swirling ocean. Swells combine to produce a truly wild environment - Its exhilarating, refreshing, fun and super addictive.
Equipped with wet suits, floatation jackets and helmets, coasteering is an adrenaline sport that can be enjoyed by anyone and courses are suitable for levels of fitness. Whether you leap from a 20ft cliff into the ocean below or slither off a 1ft ledge into the waves, either way its excitment and achievment. Jumping is not compulsory but most people like to try it.
For fun or facilitated Team Building, coasteering combined with other team work challenges and the stunning venue will leave lasting memories to build upon and guaranteed to maximise your team performance.
The BBC's 'Holidays Out' programme called it 'The best liquid refreshment you can get' and Everest mountaineer Chris Bonnigton found it 'immensely enjoyable' - however you don't have to be a TV presenter or Himalayan climber to enjoy this fantastic water based sport.
