DASH AND SPLASH

This truly is a prescription against boardroom boredom for team building and team events! Your team building activity island is set in 120 acres of spring fed lakes with 15 tropical islands, sandy beaches, lapping water, woodlands and fabulous team training land. Not only is there a thatched pavilion, bar, full size marquee, shower facilities but also a full size hot tub for the winning team and a dunking chair for the losers!

The team building venue located in the Cotswolds incorporates land and water based team activities that are all centered around the Caribbean island................. And all this team building fun just 20 minutes off junction 15 of the M4.

The site is also an award winning English Nature site with special specific interest status. This includes a breeding colony for Nightingales, over wintering wild foul and is also abundant with different varities of orchids!

Following the fun team activities and the wacky finale the winning team will celebrate by drinking champagne in the hot tub............... Its awesome team building and camaraderie.

Obstacle Course

Built using 100 tons of concrete, 1500 feet of telegraph poles and 1600 yards of rope, the 12 piece obstacle course in the Christmas tree plantation is undertaken with careful supervision as the team negotiate each one whilst securing a safe passage of their 'Burden'! A simple test of skill, considered planning and good team work, the obstacle course has something for everone! No matter what age, sex, fat, thin - all can complete this adrenaline fuelled activity!

Team Tasks

These team building tasks need brain power rather than physical strength. Teams must all work together to complete the challenges as not one challenge can be done by one person alone.

Aqua Relay

Set on a course by the sandy beach off the main adventure island, each team is allocated with one of 4 different craft. When the whistle blows its all hands on deck for a relay race; everyone must have been in each craft before the race is won. A beach ball is your relay baton - hilarious fun and laughter from start to finish in Banana Boats, Rowing Skiffs, Kayaks and Canadian Canoes!

Breakout Course

This involves two teams competing in parallel through a series of identical obstacles and tasks - its head to head!

Guests have to traverse a course on all terrain ski's, escape through an electric fence, pass through the minefield, cross piranha infested waters (You don't believe us?) by building a bridge and recover a highly valuable canister!

Dragon Boats

Up to 20 competitors sitting side by side in a 40 foot dragon boat! - How much enjoyment can one have???????

A drummer, sitting at the prow beating out the time on a huge drum. A helmsman in the stern keeps the boat on course with a giant paddle. A carved Dragons head and tail adding length, majesty and colour to the boat. The boat is powered down a measured course - guaranteed fun and laughter incorporating ultimate team work for all!

Its all about fun and team work - hot tub or chair? The choice is yours!

Dash and Splash Team Building Itinerary:

10.30hrs - Teams arrive at the team building activity venue and are ferried over to the main Caribbean island by boat. Coffee, tea and biscuits are served whilst you are introduced to your team instructors, split into your teams and introduced to the days events.

11.00hrs - Team activities begin. Two activities will be run head to head before lunch

13.00hrs - Lunch is served in the main marquee wtih soft drinks and water

14.00hrs - Team activities resume with two activities taking place in the afternoon.

16.00hrs - Teams return to the marquee for the final points and preparation for the grand finale.

16.30hrs - The grand finale takes place. This is a wacky and seriously cool end to a superb team building day. Tea and cakes are served.The drum roll heightens the tension as the top three teams are given out in reverse order. The wining team drink champagne in the hot tub whilst the losing team head off to the dunking chair.

18.00hrs - Event finishes

EXTRAS

Why not enhance your event and continue the Caribbean beach party spirit with an after event beach BBQ, Limbo Dancing, Steel Band and perhaps even some fire eating! A bonfire is lit on the beach and with the Caribbean beach bar you will certainly create the right atmosphere!
